Imagine you are driving to work, to a meeting or to meet up with friends. How do you usually prepare? Apart from getting dressed and deciding whether to take public transport, drive or even cycle, what else do you do? What goes through your mind? What do you think about during this journey? These questions often lead us to overlook a deeper inner process that can enrich our experiences and interactions. In this article, we will look at how to stop thinking and start perceiving – and how the Yuen Method can support this transformation.

The Path to Inner Awareness

I will share my approach with you. When I am preparing – whether for a meeting, an appointment or just a normal day – I open myself up to the moment. I open my heart, perceive the place and the people around me, and try to bring everything into balance. Using energy corrections, I ‘erase’ negative feelings – rejection, fears, doubts or limitations – until I feel that everything is strong and harmonious. At that moment, I put my mind aside, as if I had left it behind, and switch to perception through intuition and the physical intelligence of the body, which is independent of my ego.

This state of neutrality connects me to the truth, where information, experiences or attitudes lose their influence. Logical analyses and emotions are often influenced by our beliefs and projections, which can cloud our true perception. The Yuen Method, developed by Dr. Yuen, offers us a tool to connect with energy – the essence of everything – and reveal imbalances that have the potential to transform into power.

The Yuen Method – perception instead of thinking

The Yuen Method is an energy technique based on the principle of direct perception and correction of energy imbalances in the body, mind and spirit. Dr. Yuen, a chiropractor and kung fu master, combined traditional Chinese medicine, quantum physics and his own experience into a system that allows us to identify and remove weak points in our energy field. Unlike classical thinking, it focuses on immediate feelings and intuitive interventions, which fits perfectly into the concept of ‘stop thinking, start perceiving’.

Practical example: Meeting with intuition

Last week, I had an online meeting about a new collaboration. I prepared myself according to the approach described above – I opened my heart, put my mind aside and perceived the situation intuitively. At the beginning, the other party said: ‘We look forward to hearing about yourself, and if it's “wow”, we'll discuss the collaboration right away.’ I was myself, speaking from a place of physical intelligence, in balance and connection. The result? The collaboration was agreed on the spot. Truth, expressed through feeling, proved to be powerful.

This experience confirms that when we open ourselves to perception and use the tools provided by the Yuen Method, we enter the flow of life. In this state, love, wisdom and harmony come, leading us to a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

How the Yuen Method Supports Perception

The Yuen Method helps us to:

  • Remove blocks: It identifies and corrects energy weaknesses (e.g. fear of rejection when meeting people), allowing us to perceive more clearly.

  • Strengthen intuition: By training our body awareness, we learn to recognise signals that the mind often overlooks.

  • Connect with energy: Using techniques, we connect with the universal field where truth and potential for transformation lie.

Why Stop Thinking and Start Perceiving?

Logical thinking and emotions are filtered through our experiences, which can lead to a distorted view. Perceiving through energy, as taught by the Yuen Method, disconnects us from our ego and beliefs, revealing the true nature of a situation. This approach is not just a philosophy – it is a practical tool that you can incorporate into your daily life, whether it be work, relationships or personal growth.

Conclusion and Inspiration

Next time you are travelling to work or to a meeting, try to clear your mind and open yourself up to perception. The Yuen Method can be your guide to finding balance and strength in every moment. If this approach appeals to you, try a simple exercise: sit down, breathe deeply, and listen to what your body is telling you. Truth and harmony are always within reach; you just need to tune in to them.
